About us

Inclusion that's real,
not just a word.

We're an NDIS provider built on the belief that every person with disability deserves support that genuinely fits their life — not a service that fits a spreadsheet.

Care built on relationships,
not paperwork.

Bellarine Inclusion For All was founded on a straightforward idea: people with disability deserve support that actually fits their life. Not a service designed around what's convenient for a provider. Not a plan that looks good on paper but falls apart in practice.

We are a person-centred provider in the fullest sense of that phrase. Our support workers build genuine relationships with the people they support. Our coordinators stay involved — not just at plan review time, but whenever you need them. When something changes in your life, we change with you.

We work across Bellarine, Geelong and Werribee, supporting people with a wide range of disabilities — physical, intellectual, psychosocial, and more. Whatever your goals, we're here to help you reach them.

"The support is not about doing things for people. It's about doing things with them."
— Bellarine Inclusion For All, founding principle

That commitment shapes everything — from how we recruit support workers to how we design our service agreements. We don't measure success in hours delivered. We measure it in goals reached, confidence built, and lives lived more fully.

We are not finished growing. The community grows, its needs change, and we change with it. But the foundation does not shift: dignity, choice, and the people behind every support plan.

Person-centred

Your goals, your choices, your pace. We build support around what matters to you — not what’s easiest for us.

Genuine

We show up as we are. No scripts, no corporate distance. Just real people who care about the people they support.

Committed

We stay involved. A support plan is not a handoff — it’s a shared responsibility that evolves as your life does.

Di

Disability Support Worker & Founder

I'm a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker committed to helping people live fulfilling and meaningful lives. My goal is simple — to help clients feel valued, supported, and empowered.

I currently work supporting participants across personal care, manual handling (Sara Steady and hoist transfers), Supported Independent Living (SIL), community access, appointments, shopping, mentoring, cleaning, and gardening.

“I believe quality support begins with truly listening and understanding each person's individual needs, goals, and preferences.”

In addition to my professional experience, I bring lived experience as the mother of a daughter with autism who experienced epilepsy in childhood. This journey has given me deep insight into the challenges families face and strengthened my passion for advocacy and inclusive support.

I founded and facilitated a parent support group on the Bellarine Peninsula, organising fortnightly meetings, art therapy sessions, and community fundraising initiatives. My volunteering includes outreach with The Salvation Army and supporting inclusive programs like All Abilities Basketball.

Before entering the disability sector, I built a career in accounting and administration — giving me strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of NDIA claims, participant plans, and service coordination.

Outside of work

Tennis, arts & crafts, cooking, playing games, socialising, and supporting inclusive sports including All Abilities Basketball.
