How It Works — Bellarine Inclusion For All

How it works

Getting started is simpler than you think.

We know the NDIS can feel overwhelming. Our job is to make the process clear, calm, and centred on you — from your first call to your first support session and everything after.

We respond to every enquiry personally — not with an automated form letter.

First contact

Reach out — no referral needed

Call, email, or fill in our enquiry form. You don't need a referral from a support coordinator or anyone else. Just tell us a little about yourself and what you're looking for. We'll get back to you within one business day.

You can bring a family member, carer, or support coordinator to this conversation.

Getting to know you

A conversation, not an intake form

We'll arrange a time to talk — by phone, video, or in person, whatever suits you. This is a genuine conversation about your goals, your daily life, and what good support looks like for you. We listen before we suggest anything.

Nothing is locked in until you are completely comfortable with the plan.

Your support plan

We build a plan around your goals

Based on our conversation, we'll put together a support plan that reflects what you actually want to achieve. We'll walk you through it, explain how your NDIS funding will be used, and make sure everything makes sense before you sign anything.

You always have the right to request a different support worker, at any time.

Meeting your support worker

We match you with the right person

We take matching seriously. We consider your goals, your personality, your schedule, and any specific needs you have. You'll meet your support worker before any sessions begin — if the fit isn't right, we'll find someone better.

Regular check-ins are built into every support arrangement, not offered as an add-on.

Support begins

Your first session — and beyond

Support starts on your terms. We check in regularly to make sure things are working, and we adjust as your life changes. Your support coordinator stays involved — not just at plan review time, but whenever you need them.

Common questions

Questions we hear most often

If your question isn't here, call or email us. We'll give you a straight answer — no jargon, no runaround.

  • No. You can reach out at any stage — even if you're still waiting for your plan to be approved, or if you're not sure whether you're eligible for the NDIS. We can help you understand your options and point you in the right direction.

  • That's completely fine. We work alongside support coordinators regularly. Your coordinator can make a referral on your behalf, or you can contact us directly and we'll liaise with them from there.

  • For most participants, support can begin within one to two weeks of our initial conversation. We'll be upfront with you about timeframes from the start — we don't make promises we can't keep.

  • We support participants across Bellarine, Geelong and Werribee. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just ask — we'll let you know honestly.

  • Yes, always. A good match matters. If your support worker isn't the right fit for any reason, tell us and we'll find someone better. There's no awkwardness about it — it's part of how we work.

  • We work with all NDIS plan management types — agency managed, plan managed, and self managed. We'll explain how your funding will be used before any services begin, and you'll receive clear records of how it's spent.

Still have questions? We're available Monday to Friday. Every enquiry is answered by a real person.
